SDbruboy (1822), San Diego, California, USA Aug 16, 2008 On draft at brew pub in Burien. Arrives a clear, deep amber color with a long lasting off-white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is mostly malty with mild floral hops evident along with burnt caramel notes. Flavor is mostly malty too, rich caramelly and ripe fruits - almost more like a hoppy red - with crisp floral hops along with light citrus and evergreen notes. Medium body and lightly tingly carbonation.
Angeloregon (2023), Portland, Oregon, USA Sep 24, 2008 On tap at Elliott Bay Brew Pub in West Seattle, WA--Golden copper-orange beer with a thick white head. Biscuit and citrus grapefruit nose. Honey, grains, and cream. Very well-balanced and sessionable. Yum! BrewDad (1711), Olympia, Washington, USA Oct 30, 2007 Draft - Brewery - Burien, WA

Aroma – Deep hops in the nose with a slight spice.
Appearance – Amber in color, clear with a nice head.
Flavor – The hops had a bite and they gave hops aroma and flavor throughout the beer.
Palate – Dry, bitter what else can you ask for in a good IPA. This beer was a great flavor experience for the mouth.
Overall –I liked this IPA and this is hard for me to say. I enjoyed this beer with all the flavors of the hops.
after4ever (1925), Brier, Washington, USA Jun 3, 2007 Draft at the Burien pub. Crystal clear golden amber with no head and spotty lace. Nose vacant except for diacetyl. Medium body and carb. Simplistic mid-palate, save for some resinous bitterness. Light finish.
On the plus side, they seem to have fixed the soap thing Geoff caught in the fall. glkaiser (1017), Seattle, Washington, USA Sep 23, 2006 On cask at the brewpub. Amber with little head. A little soapy...good session IPA though. WIll be good as a "house IPA" for the new brew pub; without the soap taste. A good amount of hops.
