Jul 10, 2006 I was surprised from this beer. Had on tap at a cheap-eats bar The Village Pub. The best thing about this beer was that is wasn’t all that malty. Nothing really special, but certainly drinkable.

Pours amber, thin white head.
Aroma is malty and fruity.
Taste, malty, light citrus fruits with light finish that reminded me of the pale lager "gold" version with added spice.

Jul 14, 2005 Gold colour. Rough edge to the flavour. Chewy malt. Some hops. Has the northern US familiar vanilla flavour but lighter and with some interest. Not quite generic.

Sep 7, 2009 Light aroma. Some caramel, and a hint of hop notes. Pours amber. Flavor is a little caramel, toast, and a light bitterness in the finish. It was 1.50.

Nov 1, 2007 19 oct 07, Draft at the Brewery/Casino. Clear, copper colored. Tan head. Aroma of sweet malts. Fizzy mouthfeel with a nice bitter finish. The better one of the lot.

Feb 19, 2007 Light gold with almost no head. Some weak malt and caramel aromas. Balanced flavors of hops and malts, but a pretty thin mouthfeel. Slightly sweet finish makes this tasty, but average.
