Elysian 5 Cellars Frambozen

draft @ Brouwer’s Sour fest - second time trying this long lost keg from the days brewing at gameworks; flat, pale red with pretty nice cherry aromas; almost completely flavorless though; texture reminding me of a cider

Peach, very little head, very carbonated. Tasted more like a sour than a lambic, with predominate apple tastes and a hint of raspberry. Taste got better the longer the beer sat. Still, a little weak.

Not sure whether to log this under New Belgium or not since they have the regular frambozen. On tap at Fields for SBW, this is a special cellared version. Poured with no head at all and a cloudy yellow color. The nose was sour apple with a touch of raspberries coming through at the end.
