Bottle ala M&V - A monument to floral components atop the alter of hearty malt backbone. Jasmine is strong on the nose and upfront on the tongue - giving it a quasi-herbal character yet maintaining its distinct flowery character. Hop floral components kick in with subdued citrus and a pronounced, yet well balanced, spicy nature. Thick bready malt character with rich grain presence highlighted by very light caramel sweetness. Beautiful pour - looks absolutely stunning. A true work of art.

Bomber 22oz.- This is one of the best DIPAs that I have ever tried! Smells of pear and similar to charonay.Tastes of jazamine, hops, wildflowers, butter, and raw honey. I am very surprised and impressed with this brew. I want more!

On tap at Naked City. Pours hazy orange amber with a nice off-white head. Huge aroma of jasmine, floral hops, caramel, and strawberry cotton candy. Tastes like that but not as strong. Nice thick mouthfeel. I was surprised how much I liked this. One of the highlights of Seattle Beer Week.

Bottle via SuzyGreenberg, thank Ben. All I can say is HFS... really I just don’t know what to say, weird, strangely awesome, just wow. Aroma was like walking through a field yet for once my allergies not knocking me silly so I can truly appreciate natures wild beauty. Poured a delightful amber. Flavor was unique, very floral yet herbal tea-ish a perfect dance of the jasmine and citric hop characteristics. The palate was moderately bodied yet lightly smooth and satisfying. Overall, I’m kinda in shock, it’s been a while since I’ve been wowed by a beer and this did it.

22oz bottle. Deep golden/almost amber with thin head. Tons of floral jasmine in the aroma and taste. Light bready malt sweetness mixes well with the floral tastes and an assertive bitterness. Very nicely done...drinkable, unique and really damn enjoyable. The original Avatar is a solid summer drinker, but this is just a whole different world.

22 oz. bottle - IMO this one was way better out of bottle than it was on draft; light orange with mild carbonation and fluffy white head fading quickly; full bodied with floral, spicy aromas; tons of jasmine and tons of sweetness to meld it together; hops of more fruity and sweet; cray smooth, almost creamy and muted bitterness; very nice job!!

22oz bottle acquired in trade with riversideAK (thanks!). Poured a medium and clear amberish color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of jasmine flowers, floral, caramel, some breadiness, and herbal. Tastes of jasmine, citrus, caramel, and I wrote down ’different’. Different but I was digging it. On the sweeter side with the alcohol content hidden.

Draft@ 1221 E Pike St. Clear amber with a light tan head. Big jasmine, sweet bubblegum, caramel malt aromas with leafy hops. Medium body. Dominant jasmine and floral hop flavors on a strong caramel malty sweet base. Very nice DIPA/Barleywine.
