Hops are very mild in which I think creates a nice, somewhat different, balanced beer. I really enjoyed this. MartinT (5055), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Explicit jasmine flowers scent cushy sweet cereals, before leafy hop bitterness and even more jasmine seal this intense IPA-like experiment.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam tops the hazy amber.
-The body is pillowy and creamy.
-Although the body is hefty for the brew’s size, this remains a drinkable ale.
-There is simply way too much emphasis on the jasmine for my liking. If I wanted tea, I’d have tea.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 16/20 | Dec 21, 2008 Bottle from Lacey. Pours a mostly clear light copper/orangy color with a small lacing white head. Aroma is sweet floral notes with some citrus hops. Taste is complex, the jasmine goes rather well with the hops, floral notes that go into some nice hops all with a sweet malty background, smooth and very drinkable. Very unique, I give and A for effort. willblake (2178), Belcamp, Maryland, USA

Funny, I have been wanting to try this beer and just now realize that I have already had it. Dark amber color with little white head. Aroma is floral and somewhat vinous. Medium/light palate. Mineral and perfumed flavor but also grapey. Reminds of grape pixie sticks. Odd, but worth a try. cbeers21 (573), Miami, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 28, 2008 Tap @ brewery. Wow very noticeable jasmine flowery sweet aromas. Surprisingly strong, and fragrant, more like a perfume than a beer. The flavor is more subdued and a floral hop quality is allowed to shine, with a slight jasmine presence. good mouthfeel and decent drinkability. A very intersting take on the style and totally worth trying. Ibrew2or3 (2761), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 23, 2008 OTH tasting 09/06/08. Bomber pours clear copper with thin white head. The aroma is sweet Jasmine infused with faint vague hoppiness. The taste has a nice blending of Jasmine, mild pine hops and citrus hops backed up by a consistent sweet maltiness. It ends kind of dry with lingering Jasmine tea and sweet malts. This brew is bold in its Jasmine and malty sweetness but seems to lack a firm hop presence, which it really needs. I’d love to try a hoppier version of this. Skinnyviking (4157), Copenhagen, Denmark

Mild and yet hoppy jasmine floral aroma and flavor with low carbonation and a short aftertaste. Tmoney99 (4748), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Poured a hazy copper color with an average off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Good floral, earthy hoppy and herbs aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Moderate Jasmine bittersweet flavor with a moderate smooth bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew with spicy food.
