Dec 17, 2007 Pale, touch cloudy. Phenomenal nose, I could smell this beer for hours! Wonderful balance between the hops and the floral component, with a whif of pale malt goodness to tie it all together. The jasmine aroma translated nicely onto the palate. A very successful beer that I expected to dislike.

Dec 8, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy yellow creamy low head. Not much aroma left, a hint jasmine. Good chewy fruity base, nice harmonic aromatic play on top,dry finish. Very pleasant

Dec 7, 2007 Pours pale with a small but thick head. Excellent jasmine flower nose, much like jasmine tea. Some alcoholic notes in spite of lwo ABV. Perfect blend of jasmine and hop flavors: this works really well. Long lingering jasmine tastes. Perfect mouthfeel, not bursty or sticky.

Dec 7, 2007 Hazy orangey-amber. The aroma is jasmine with a caramelized maltiness in the background. Floral and hoppy, with a beautiful sweetness underneath that allows these characteristics to flow. Finishes with an appetizing bitterness.

Nov 19, 2007 Bottle sampled on 9/15/07: Transparent golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of floral, lightly-fruity, grainy malty and grapefruity hops. Body starts lightly sweet, toasty and pale malty with some spicy bitter hoppy notes toward a drier floral finish. An interesting IPA.

Nov 11, 2007 Pours a clear golden-yellow with a small head with some lace. Wonderful potent spicy Jasmine aroma! Floral and inviting. Tastes of slightly astringent Jasmine tea with sweet pale maltiness surfacing in the finish. Thin body but to style, and good carbonation. Very nice! I love the unusual Jasmine aroma and taste. Sampled at the GCBF.

Nov 1, 2007 10/24/07 From the bottle. Aroma is sweet, but quite low, with jasmine forward followed by a much lower hop character. Appearance is light gold, clear, with a medium off-white head. Flavor is earthy hops mixed with jasmine and resin, followed by a sweet malt balance. Flavors are very balanced; the hop strength is quite low for an IPA. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a medium carb feel and no creaminess. Overall, a good beer, but just not to style for an IPA.

Oct 26, 2007 a very unique beer...something you need to share as finishing a whole bomber by yourself isnt easy. not because it isnt good, simply because the jasmine is so perfumy that your taste buds can only take but so much. great in small portions
