Oct 15, 2007 Pretty interesting beer here. Aroma is citrus and hoppy, nothing out of the order. Flavor is just like an IPA. The interesting part is the finish. That’s when the unique jasmine flavor comes out. Not bad.

Oct 4, 2007 Light amber pour with nice off-white head. Very much flower on the nose, with some sweetness to it. Flavor is kind of hoppy, yet the sweet taste of jasmine takes control. Medium body with a good bit of malt that leads to the finish. Rather interesting.

Oct 2, 2007 Very floral and smooth. Kind of grassy and with a strong , tart citrus finish. Sweet malt base, medium bodied, some slight pine and light spice - there is also an interesting berry sweetness to it that I really enjoy. Pretty dry with a little soapy feel to it. This was a difficult rate, I dont know why but this drink seems to have lots of notes foreign to my palate.

Amber in color with a thin head. This had a sweet floral aroma with a deep hops hose. I liked the flavor which had a floral and hops flavor. The Jasmine was subtle yet there. It was very nice to drink and this was a great beer to chat about with friends.

Sep 20, 2007 Thanks to Oakes for sending this one out. Amber colour with a thin tan head. Fresh and very floral/herbal aroma, loads of jasmine aroma. The flavour is a bit soapy but not too distracting. Strong bitterness with a tea-like astringency that actually works for the beer. A bit of orange citrus hop flavour. Minerally/herbal bitterness. It’s good but I think the jasmine could be dialled back a notch.

Sep 15, 2007 GCBF sample. Light gold. Foamy head. Thin aroma. Hoppy without any burn. Lasting hop dryness in the finish. Don’t get much from the jasmine till the flowery finish.
