Jan 19, 2008 Pours a clear deep gold with a lasting white foam head. Nice lacing. The aroma is malt sweetness, some mild citrus to slightly floral hoppiness with a hint of dark fruity esters. The taste begins with lightly roasted malts and ends with moderate pine to grapefruit hop bitterness. This beer is big and hoppy, with a viscous body.

Jan 16, 2008 Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Aroma of floral hop and roasted caramel. Amber color with white bubbles for "head" here and there. Medium or better in body with nice, refined carbonation. The hop is just tremendous - floral, fruit, maybe some resin. And as the bitter recedes the malt is present. Quite a nice drink.

Jan 7, 2008 Tap at Elysian Fields. Copper color. Aroma is light floral hops with sweet toffee like malt. Flavor is relatively light with sweet toffee and some fruity bitter hops. Pretty balanced. Smooth and drinkable. Pleasant winter brew.

Dec 24, 2007 Bomber wife gave me for Christmas from LS. Mild sweet malt and floral aroma. Copper body with white head. Like it that the bittereing hops are mild and a good citrus flavor is what lingers after each gulp. Smooth enjoyable brew.

Nov 22, 2007 Bottle... Poured a burnt orange with a white head. Smoked malt aroma and a little yeasty. Syrupy palate. Nice caramel/toffee undertone with pleasant hop and malt balance, leafy presence and very sweet. Really smooth and easy to drink.
