glkaiser (1150), Seattle, Washington, USA May 19, 2006 Brewed at Tangletown for their 10th anniversary. Light amber color with good head. Very sweet aroma and taste. Alcohol is prominent towards the end. Very solid take on a strong ale. Not out of this world, but def. worth trying. skoisirius (570), Seattle, Washington, USA May 19, 2006 A wonderfully crafted brew which pours a lovely golden amber light brown
off tap. Aroma is of Belgian sweetness, malt, and a tiny bit of hops in
the mix. German and Norweigan hops used to create this 10th Anniversary
brew for the Elysian Seattle brewry. Flavor consists of a malty hop
beginning moving into a tiny citrus note towards the end, along with
almost what seems peachy. The finish brings out the hops a bit more.
Not continually complex, but a very well balanced Belgian-style from one
of my favorite brewries!
