Roasted flavor with just a touch of chocolate sweetness, slides over the tongue with ease. Smooth creamy finish. I’ll have to have another sometime soon.

Pours blacker than black, slightly strong aroma but very pleasing, great mouthfeel and a smooth combo of chocolate, roasty, alcohol, and caramel. This is a real keeper! patrickfannon (384), Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, USA

| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Oct 27, 2009 Wow. If you’ve never had Dragonstooth Stout that’s all you really need to know. Wow. It literally appears like a fictional dragon’s tooth, absolutely black...ink-like, and if I were to go further I could say primordial ooze-like. It pours with beautiful deep brown head and a complex roast aroma. A full and thickly luscious mouthfeel pairs beautifully with 7.4%abv. Although this stout is finished with citrusy hops it really doesn’t show. Instead you will find a complex myriad of roast, chocolate and alcohol. highibus (443), Mill Creek, Washington, USA
