On draught at the Elysian brewery in Seattle, Washington. Pours a semi-clear copper amber brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin off-white ring and film top. Aroma of light caramel and golden grain malt, citrus and flowery hops, a touch of pine and some light spice. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of mostly citrus and flowery hops that hides some of the caramel and biscuity malt flavors. Finish is semi-dry, with a lingering citrus and flowery hop aftertaste. A little hoppy for an APA but still pretty decent.

Copper colored with a nice head and lace. The aroma has notes of floral and citrus hops as well as some caramel malts. Nice crisp citrus and floral hops with some caramel and biscuity malts. Light and pleasant APA.

draft @ elysain fields - clear and dark amber with slight white head; fruity hops are primary aromas and flavors; crisp and not too bitter; some sweetness too, but lacking a little bit in that department; overall a nice APA

Deep amber beer, white head. Aroma is very fresh and hoppy. Loaded with grapefruit, pine and tropical fruitiness. There is a bit of resinous bitterness on the back with just a hint of woodiness. Quite a nice pale ale, probably bordering on IPA territory, not that I’m complaining.

On tap at the Blind Tiger. Lightly hazy orange in color with a small well retaining off white head with alot of sticky lace. Aroma: alot of tropical fruits, orange, and light mango/pineapple with toasted malts and caramel. Taste is alot of tropical fruits, with a nice toasted malt/caramel backbone. A nice moderate bitterness throughout. Very nice.
