| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 19, 2007 12 oz Bottle from Enniskillen; nose of flowery, piney hops; clear light copper with a big, glass-lacing pale yellow head; flavor of light hop bitterness balanced with a light caramel. Very balanced and tasty. Would make a good session brew at 4.8%! pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Light amber color, fluffy white head. Aroma is fairly hoppy, with a little bit of caramel, some floral, and almost like a toffee background. Taste is pretty hoppy, with a nice caramel sweetness to it, also with a a tea like aspect. Body is great for the style. Top Notch APA. Angeloregon (2025), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 1, 2007 Poured a standard tawny PNW hue with a small white head. Nose very pleasant of vibrant floral hops. The flavor was a little unsettling with unbalanced malty notes. Still a very nice sessionable pale ale. Drink it cold. after4ever (2773), Brier, Washington, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 2, 2007 Draft at Elysian Fields. Pours crystal clear medium amber with yet another of the patented thick and moussy off-white Elysian heads. Unfortunately, there’s also another dab of butter on the nose of this one. Some nice grass and spice to keep that butter company, though, and that’s good news. Attack is reasonably restrained--the balance is right where it needs to be to throw open the door for the big hop flavors of the mid-palate and the finish. What a great mix of hops, too. Sweet and grassy continental flavors alongside forwardly spicy and resinous American stickiness. This is a bad-ass summer beer without a doubt. shp555 (1687), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

This was a deep amber color with a nice head. This was a simple yet understated Pale ale. A deep rich flavor and a mildly hoppy. A great little Pale ale for the everyday and big beer crowd. Good job. Svejk (12), Washington, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 14, 2007 This beer isn’t available at very many local pubs, but when I see it, I’ll usually order a pint. It has a great citric hop nose, and makes for a great session beer.
