Oakes (7032), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Mar 27, 2008 Densely sedimented. Yellow. Thick, creamy white head. Big sweet malt nose with light coriander, calamansi. Full-bodied, balanced between a lush marshmallowy sweetness and a subtle acidic bite of obscure citrus. Coriander is apparent but restrained. Hop spiciness in the finish makes a perfect accent. Well thought-out wit. Enniskillen (1624), Port Angeles, Washington, USA Jun 13, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Lightly foggy gold, nice white head. Aroma is lightly fruity with the coriander showing lightly. Taste is easy drinking, very light maltiness, orange zest. Good summer beer. Angeloregon (2023), Portland, Oregon, USA Jul 28, 2008 On tap at the Fields in Seatown--Soapy golden body with a small creamy white head. Grainy, gritty, crisp, floral, wheaten, and semi-sweet. Citrus bite in the finish with some sweet sugar and honey flavors. BrewDad (1711), Olympia, Washington, USA Jun 15, 2008 Taster - Washington Brewers Festival - Kenmore, WA

BillKismet (1476), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 15, 2008 Cloudy, milky, yellow-tan with righteous head. Coriander dominates flavor and aroma. Full coriander bouquet and piquant taste. Perhaps a tad sour/bitter orange peel. Full-bodied for the style.
