Sep 1, 2008 Aromas of sweet bready malts with a light hopy crispness. Pours a clear bright golden color. Light bready sweetness with a crisp pleasant finish. A tad fruity and sweet, this one was an easy drinking ale that was smooth, but pretty run of the mill.

Aug 20, 2008 Guest beer on draught at the regular Elysian 1221 E. Pike Street brewery in Seattle, Washington. Pours a clear golden pale amber brew with a creamy white head that has some nice retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of lightly roasted cookie dough malt, a touch of citrus and a touch of herbs. Taste is smooth, creamy, light to medium bodied with a good balance of crystal malt and citrus hop flavors. Finish is semi-sweet at first with a mild bitterness after the finish.

Jul 28, 2008 On tap at Elysian Fields in Seattle, WA--Thin straw golden body with a small white head. Crisp, cereal and slight spicy hops nose. Watery smooth and creamy. Great session brew.
