Commercial Description:
Brewed at our stadium location Elysian Fields brewery in Seattle. Brewed with organic pale, Weyermann Munich and Cara-Hell malts, with pumpkin added in the mash, kettle and fermenter. Spiced with peeled and pureed fresh ginger in the boil and bright tank and hopped with lots of Czech Saaz hops (otherwise it wouldn’t be traditional).

Draft @ Elysian Tangletown. Pours a bright, clear golden-orange color; thin white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Basic candy sugar and light spicing in the aroma; sweet, with minimal pumpkin. Lively carbonation. Medium mouthfeel: lots of ginger (reasonably soft), candy sugar, and light pumpkin spicing; a touch astringent and medicinal, but also nicely dry; basic candy sugar maltiness. Medium finish: sugar, lingering slightly-rough spicing with ginger and allspice at the end.

Taster - Elysian Tangletown - GPBF 2008 - Seattle, WA
Aroma – A weak pumpkin aroma. Just a malty pils aroma.
Appearance – Light golden color, Clear with a nice head.
Flavor – Very nice pils flavor. This was a good beer but with the pumpkin it was totally lacking.
Palate – Light Mouthfeel, OK texture with a dry finish.
Overall – The beer was missing the Pumpkin flavor. Had very very light spice flavors and aromas.

Draft at Elysian Great Pumpkin Beer Fest (GPBF) 08. Crystal clear medium gold with a light white head. Nutty, earthy, leafy nose. Light watery body with some fizz. Nut, earth, and leaf return on the mid-palate. Mild finish. A shockingly good little beer.

Tap at Blind Tiger - this was really nice stuff - there isn’t so much a pumpkin character, as there is a pumpkin pie character in the form of light spices and a butter flavor - these two qualities compliment the strong noble hop presence and biscuity malt, respectively - ginger adds a nice dimension - very well-balanced, and a pleasure to drink.

Draft @ blind tiger. Lighter amber. A pretty nice blend of pumpkin and pils. Not a lot to say other than that.

On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a clear light orange with a small white head. Aroma of light fruits and ginger. Flavor of lots of ginger, sweet sugary licorice, and gummy bears. Quite sweet. No pumpkin here but the beer was alright.

Draft at Blind Tiger, with Reuben & Jen, as part of their pumpkin Promo. 15 lines i believe. All sampled as 5oz pours. Tastes like a light fruity pilsner with enough pumpkin coming through to enjoy.
