Tangerine color w. foamy top. Interesting yeast zest aroma w. hints of wheat. This brew strikes me as a German / Am. wheat hybrid. Somewhat watery finish.

A very rich and distinctive Hefeweizen. Smooth citrusy notes dominate the aroma, with a big blow of yeastiness, grainey and full of banana puree and clove spice. One of the fruitiest takes on this style I have ever tried, rich and delicious. Another reason why this is the best brewery in Seattle.
