sample @ cask fest - pale yellow and interesting aroma mix of spicy hops, grain malts and grass; very organic feel to it; some grainy texture to it as well, but drinks smooth with mild flavors; unlike anything i’ve had before

One of the most unique IPAs I’ve ever tried. You can taste some fresh cut grass, pepper and some nug hops. Nice and thick. Mild alcohol. Very drinkable. Good stuff.

This Japanese/American Imperial IPA was quite a treat. Brewed with Sorachi Ace Hops. Hazy, sunrise color with gorgeous plush cream head. Luscious pineapple aroma with hints of pine. Pineapply flavor with some pine as well. Quite different profile than American/European hops. Medium-bodied and well balanced. Nice piny bitterness on the aftertaste.
