beastiefan2k (1181), Lawrence (formely NYC), Kansas, USA Oct 16, 2008 GABF’08. Color is dark straw. Aroma is all bretty and sour. Lots of lemony lambic like characteristics. Its right up there with sour aroma brews. Taste however loses a lot of that magic. The flavor is less sour and more rotten fruit, rotting enough that they are fermenting. But a nice shot by Elysian.
