GABF’08. Color is dark straw. Aroma is all bretty and sour. Lots of lemony lambic like characteristics. Its right up there with sour aroma brews. Taste however loses a lot of that magic. The flavor is less sour and more rotten fruit, rotting enough that they are fermenting. But a nice shot by Elysian.

Draft at Elysian Great Pumpkin Beer Fest (GPBF) 08. Murky medium coppery amber. Thin white head. Nice big cherry, lemon, and strawberry nose. Creamy medium body with cherry, strawberry, lemon, and toffee on the mid-palate. Goes a little minerally. Nice balance and progression. Wonderful stuff.

GABF 2008. Poured a hazy light yellow color with faint head. A sour citrus aroma with some brett funk. A lightly sour body.
