Commercial Description:
Had a Yuzu lately? This Japanese citrus fruit adds a zesty lime-tangerine fruitiness to this golden, malty brew made with a spicy Belgian yeast. Hops won’t distract from the complexity of this fine sipping summer brew.

Draft at Elysian Fields. Pours bright golden amber with caramel-esque highlights. Dense but shallow off-white head. Big fruity, juniper-y nose. Creamy medium body. This fruity juniper business takes over from the second you put the beer to your lips. Overwhelmingly sweet...and from me, that’s going some. Cloying, sticky finish.

draft @ elysian fields - cloudy yellow with foamy white head; kind of a unique color with some burnt orange mixed in; aromas and flavors are off-putting in some way; the zest is on the tart side and mixes oddly with the yeast aromas; maybe from the soriachi (sp?) hops? either way, kind of an off brew

On tap at the Fields in Seattle, WA--Poured a bright mustard golden body with a thick white head. Sweet, lemony nose with hints of pine and grapefruit. Lemondrop essence with a prickly mouthfeel and an edgy yet soft and subtle demeanor. Bright citrus and phenolic bite. Great beer!

On tap at Elysian Brewing Seattle, pours out a cloudy light amber topped with a white foam head. Ha pretty odd brew I pick up some soap and some sweet and sour. Pretty crazy.
