Pours clear bright gold color with foamy white head. Nice spicey saaz aroma. Flavor malty with slight grass presence. Very nice crisp pilsner.

Sep 1, 2008 Light golden yellow pour with big bubbles and a thin head. Aroma is a nice mix of light sweetness and Saaz hops. Drinks with a grainy sweetness and a good bitterness/grassiness. Crisp and well balanced, clean pilsner.

Aug 20, 2008 On draught at the Elysian brewery in Seattle, Washington. Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates to a thin ring and film top. Aroma of golden grain malt, mild spice and herbs with an earthy and flowery hop scent. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt and some crystal and earthy hop flavors. Finish is light crisp with a mild bitterness. A nice summer pils with a crisp aftertaste.
