Commercial Description:
This beer is made on the heavy end of the Koelsch style. It has Weyermann Pilsner malt, 5% Weyermann wheat and a touch of Biscuit malt to increase the malt profile. It is bittered with Hallertau hops and finished with Saaz.

Pours a hazy gold with a quickly fading head. Bone dry straw malt with a slgiht wheatiness. The noble hops are aggressivley forward in both the aroma and flavor. Definitely not a wimpy kolsch.

Draft. Hazy yellow color with a small white head and tiny bubble running up the side of the tulip shaped glass. The aroma was sweet and grainy with some yeasty notes. Malty flavor was sweet with some yeasty and wheaty flavors. A touch of banana was noted. Dry finish.

A tastefully unfiltered but very light kolsch style. Refreshing on the palate, with some light citrus acidity and a grainey malt body.
