| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 13, 2009 Bottle from De Bierkoning. Cloudy orange with a yellowish head. Fruity and spicy aroma. A very spiced bock with hints of sour fruit. The spices seem like a cover-up for a less than successful brew. pivnizub (5017), Bochum, Porúří, Germany

Pleasant, like a good souped-up Pils....... Bullit (1353), Glasgow, Scotland

Pours muddy golden with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma is yeasty, sweet malt and sugar. Light carbonation, very thin and watery. Weak, thin and sweet flavour, grainy, yeast and citric. Not good. joergen (8601), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Quite as to be expected from a good Helles Bock. Yellow colour, white head, good lace. Flavour is quite ok but is lacks some body and the malts aren’t very present. Overall still and OK beer.
