Bottle @ Aarhus, 2008.
Pours deep, muddy orange amber with lottle floaties. Fine creamy off-white head. Aroma is exceptionally flowery, roses, grass and pine hops as well. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely hoppy with a strong caramel background. Lots of flowers and some fruity hops as well. Long, staying aftertaste. Good APA.

500 ml bottle. Hazy copper colour. Tall white fluffy head that clings to the glass. Acidic nose with notes of brett. Seems like there is a slight infection in there. Citrusy and a hint of pine. Gentle crisp malty flavours at first, then a bold hoppy flavour from American hops. Towards the finish the bitterness shines through and lasts a long time. Medium-bodied, but there is quite a bit of malt in there. Much sweeter than the average APA, but overall it is nicely balanced.

Bottle, poured a clear amber with a very large yellowish pillowy head. A strong hoppy aroma with spicy stewed fruit and a whiff of alcohol. A full mouthfeel, drinking very dry through the persistent head. The fruity hops flavours are crisp with piney notes and some flowery malt characterisitics.
