Hops are a little more medicinal and biting now. The malt and hop flavours don’t quite seem to gel as well as they have in the past. That said, I think I like it better! It’s certainly a hoppy affair, right from the grapefruit nose through the citrus and pine flavours to the long drying finish. A great beer. kempicus (350), Wellington, New Zealand

Lovely golden brown colour with a fruity nose, low carbonation but good lacework. very fruity flavour, crisp in a way that Anchor liberty isn’t. Actually isn’t all that bitter, the hops manifest themselves in citrus fruity flavours rather than tongue peeling bitterness. A beer i look forward to every year! gunnfryd (3601), Kristiansand, Norway
