Clear orange red coloured with a creamy off white head.
Aroma of spices, brett and yeast with notes of hops.
Fruity flavour of spices, brett, yeast, hops and grass with notes of rye. Dry hoppy finish. yespr (6889), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 14, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours murky and brown with a lacing off-white head. Mild citrusy hops aroma and with a distinct infection note too. Flavour is of a classic milky/citric infection. Ends mild spiced and more citrusy flavoured. Choco? Rye? not in this one bozoNZ (370), Christchurch, New Zealand Mar 7, 2008 500ml bottle. Poured clear dark brown, lively carbonation so loud it whipsered sweet nothings to me. Spitted to a full lingering bohemith of an off-white head. Lovely murky aromas of rustic darkness - dusty dryness cocoa dust almost. Now beware - this isn’t sweet, milk chocolate, flavours of muted semi cocoa with the grainyness of the rye apparent. In my haste to score this as it past my bed-time this is probably consumed a bit cold but in liue of a bed time cocoa, I couldn’t think of anything better...
