Nov 24, 2004 A hazy orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is very hoppy - almost with grapefruit notes. The flavor sweet and very bitter and crisp, in the end the bitterness turns oily and like grapefruit. A very nice pilsener.

Mar 12, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy honey golden with a creamy, off-white head with good retention. Fresh, floral, hoppy nose. Soft and smooth - almost velvety - mouthfeel. Light-bodied with some malty sweetness perfectly balanced by a dry, aromatic bitterness that leaves a whole bunch of flowers on my palate. Lovely. 120306

Sep 16, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Crisp citrusy hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild citrusy with a light bitterness coming through. Smooth and refreshing hoppy finish. Very delicious.

Feb 15, 2005 Bottled. Golden colour, creamy head. Grapefruity hop aroma. Firm, rounded malt character with casacde hops on top of it. Medium bitterness. A good, untraditional pilsener.

May 15, 2007 Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear yellow / amber color with a average frothy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty, celar / earth, toffee, butter. Initail flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and celar bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
