Draught at the Downer’s Grove location, summer 2007. This pours a dark copper red, perfectly clear with a frothy head. Aroma is full pacific coast hops, like a turbocharged version of their Victory Pale. Hops are dry on the tongue, quite bitter and tasty. Bitterness lingers from this medium bodied brew.
