Okay, maybe I am turning into a regular groupie of this place but I am pretty impressed with most of their beers. This one in particular was one of the better belgian whites that I have had. And being that I typically dont like this style I am pretty taken back by it. </P> Hazy yellow orange with an off white medium sized head that was long lasting. The nose was citrusy but not overly &#40;might I add that there was NO fruit slices in this beer!&#41; and soft with slight tinges of yeast and wheat here and there. What is real nice about this is that it lets you know that it is there but doesnt beat you over the head. The taste is soft and flowing. NOT watered down at all, just mellow. Yeast and wheat in and out. Alcohol is not really present. Overall this is a pleasant beer, one to definately not miss.
