<b>App.</b>: Clear golden with a thin white froth.
<b>Aroma</b>: Strong herbs – reminds me of basil and sage, sweet honey.
<b>Palate</b>: Medium body and almost no carbonation.
<b>Flav.</b>: Lots of floral, perfume-like herbs, lavender, honey, sage, minty basil; off-dry with decent bitterness.<br /><br />
Interesting and intriguing, but only in limited quantities.

Aug 11, 2008 (BCTC, draft) White head atop cloudy golden body. Aroma is medium sweet, flower, some yeast, herb. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, some straw, dandelion, light pepper. Light-medium body, light chalk.
