A bit murky red brown color, no head. Aroma of honey and fresh wood. Quite sweet and syrupy. Honey flavored with notes of clover. Not alcoholic at all. To sample only in small doses.

Oct 4, 2008 Bottled (Thanks Papsoe). Amber colour, non head. Aroma is honey, some mild alcohol and mildly spicy. Flavour is honey, spices, alcohol. A nicely balanced mead. Bigtime sweet wooden aftertaste.
