Commercial Description:
Deep to orange blond abbey triple winterbeer which has been lagered for 8 months on different stonefruits. Tsjeeses was born out of a 5 year brew experience regarding x-mas beer without being capable of finding a suitable name up to now. With the name came a face, a caricature actually, that was drawn on the day Urbain, our brew master and master brewer, drank too many Tsjeeses's. Every time he drinks one, he says "Tsjeeses, what a beer". Therefore the name is more an expression of stupefaction than a curse. We have had already many discussions around the pronounciation of "Tsjeeses". Very close would be that you say "cheeses" or cheese in plural.

Very Hazy orange-golden beer with thick big head on top. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, yeasty, slight spicey, has a cake like aroma with a slight citrussy caracter. Quit lively on the tongue with a breaddy feeling and a interesting fruityness going on, alcohol is well hidden, aftertaste shows some nice hops.

12oz bottle, purchased at City Beer. Pours a hazy, tannish, tarnished-copper color; off-white head with good retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Loads of honey, overripe fruits, and sweet Belgian sugars in the aroma; heavy on the sweetness, definitely; light pepper. Lively citrus on the tip of the tongue; lots of heavy Belgian sugars, caramel, and overripe / dried dark fruits (raisins, dates); lots of honey; honestly heavy carbonation, messy sweet presence, and just kind of unruly; hard to drink too much. Lengthy finish: honey, Belgian sugars, and yellow raisins.

Bottle: The aroma consists of yeast, raisin, hints of citrus, and some spiciness. It pours a hazy orangish-amber with a half inch white head that eventually fades to a thick ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts lightly sweet with some light yeastiness and a hint of raisin and apple. The finish had some mild citrus notes and light spices. It’s medium bodied with mild carbonation.

Bottle thanks to thirdeye11. Crisp amber pour with a white head. Sweet fruits, yeast and alcohol scents. Great on the palate with a big sweet fruit flavor and no hint of alcohol whatsoever.

Bottle. Hazy orange with small white head, very lacy. Aroma of a variety of spices, earthy and floral, notes of citrus, booze and yeast. Flavor is somewhat sweet and balanced with lighter citrus hops. Medium bodied, syrupy-sticky texture.

Bottle. Pours a lovely rust orange with thin, persistent offwhite head; I got some yeast in there, so grayish floaties spot the glass, as well. The aroma is assertive spicy yeast with a tangerine and lemon quality, a hint of white raisin, and a little bit of oak. The flavor is spicy alcohol and yeast, coriander, and lemon. There’s a mild honey and raisin sweetness, but overall the beer is on the dry side, which I like. Once in a while I get a sort of tropical taste in the middle of the mouth. The finish is much like an oaky chardonnay, with a bit of remnant yeasty character. That spicy alcohol lingers into the aftertaste. Quite a good brew.

Bottle. Pours slight hazy amber coloured with a nice big lacing and lasting off white head. Aromas of dried fruit, caramel, sugar, orange fruit and some alcohol. Rich and sweet flavour with notes of caramel, dried fruit, yeast and warming alcohol. Great beer.
