Commercial Description: This recipe was crafted by a Lincoln homebrewer named Dave Oenbring. We do a public event involving judging homebrew four times a year and his beer won at our November event judging "winter ales". It would be easiest to classify this beer as a Soba. It is a winter ale made with buckwheat and honey.
