Commercial Description:
The sunniest beer in the Empyrean universe. Chaco Canyon’s light outset is punctuated with a crisp, piney, American-hop finish. The addition of honey lends this beer a very clean finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with valpoaj (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a larger sized head. Aromas of grains, lightly floral and honey. Tastes of the same although on the weaker side. Thin body.

Nice our with medium head, had a decent flavor, but it was a bit weaker than expected. Did not leave much on the palate afterwards, and there was not much desire for the next drink. A decent beer, just not something to jump for joy over.

Got this is a trade awhile back. This wa average all the way around. Wish I would have tried it sooner, think it was kind of old.

From a 12 oz. twist cap stubby bottle with no freshness date. Poured a clear honey copper with foamy white head that settled into a thin sudsy lacing. Light aromas of a malt powdery, a soft honey grain and floral hops. Good carbonation and a softly crisp, smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel. A bit thin tasting, a honey toasted graininess, a watery grassiness with touches of spice, and a dryish grainy cereal finish with a very subtle fruitiness mingled with a light hop grassiness lingering in the palate. A pretty average Blonde Ale, kind of thin in the taste department, not something I would be a regular of.

On tap at Lazlos in Lincoln, Nebraska. Gold in color with thin head. Nose is light malts and hops. Tastes like it is made from corn. Very average.

A little on the thin side and not very aggressive. Slightly sweet but really pretty light. Nice clear gold, a little light. Refreshing if not satisfying.

12 oz bottle, via BA swid. Pours a clear gold body with a fleeting white head. Aroma of pale malt, with some honey and a light corn aspect. Flavor is pretty minimal with a little pale malt up front that fades to a finish of corn and light honey. Mouthfeel is light and watery with fizzy carbonation. This was pretty bland and boring, but at least it wasn’t offensive.
