Commercial Description:
The sunniest beer in the Empyrean universe. Chaco Canyon’s light outset is punctuated with a crisp, piney, American-hop finish. The addition of honey lends this beer a very clean finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with valpoaj (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a larger sized head. Aromas of grains, lightly floral and honey. Tastes of the same although on the weaker side. Thin body.

Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells of dry malt, appley, some honey. Tastes dry and peppery with some fruitiness on the finish.

On tap at Spaghetti Works in Omaha. dark gold body with traces of a thin white head. The malty nose has light honey with some fresh bread dough. There isn’t much else to smell, but it is an inviting nose. Taste is very sweet with some bread and a hint of gum in the finish. Decent light summer beer.

Slightly hazy golden yellow with thin and quickly dying head. Sweet malty aroma. The flavor is noticably honeyed with an almost-syrupy texture.

On tap at the brewpub. Rich gold color. No head. Great malt flavor. I could discern no honey aroma or taste. Overall, pretty boring lager. I think that I might enjoy this more in the bottle than on tap here at the source. This mystifies me.

Smells okay, a light bit of honey. Looks good. This is a pretty good beer. The honey isn’t real strong but there; some nice hops up front. This is a pretty good beer, especially for a light lager.

12oz bottle via trade with eboats - Thanks Caleb! - Pours golden with a short white head that faded fairly fast.. Aroma of honey, grains, and a touch of caramel. Flavor is sweet, honey, grain, corn, and light hops on the finish. Palate is light not overly carbonated. Easy to drink.. Would make a fair session.
