Commercial Description:
Truly a one-of-a-kind. We balance coffee-like, dark roasted malts with the sweet, seductive flavor of vanilla beans. The result? A deliciously unique flavor.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with valpoaj (thanks!). Poured a dark brown color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of roast, lighter vanilla, coffee, and light chocolate. Tastes of vanilla (stronger than aromas), chocolate, lighter roast, and light coffee.

Bottle sampled on 7/2/06: Pours a transparent dark ruby mahogany with a large plume of over-carbonation settling to a thin ring of off-white head. Aroma of mild smoke and grainy dark caramel malt and some candied vanilla. Body starts with a light toasty caramel maltiness, some earthy, roasty smoke notes and a touch of a strange soapy chemical off-flavor toward the finish. Something was definitely off with this one.

This pours a dark mahogany body with little of any carbonation and a thin tan film in lieu of a head. The aroma is chocolatey with a splash of vailla and some lightly roasted malt. The flavor is dominated by tastes of milk chocolate followed by vanilla and Tootsie Rolls and just enough roasted malt to remind one that this is a beer. Not bad.

Thin brown color with a lid of light tan bubbles. Light malt and caramel aromas, with a heavier nose leading to brown sugar. Thin, somewhat watery feel. Flavors lead to the simple sugars again, with brown sugar and a touch of vanilla. A light drinkable vanilla brew.

Deep hazy brown with a little bit of copper when held to light. There head is medium khaki. The aroma has some chocolate and roasted peanuts. There was also some light vanilla. The taste is bitter cheap coffee with some vanilla in the finish. There is also some nasty weird blueberry. This is pretty bad and unbalanced.
