33 cl bottle, bbe March 07. Dark mahogany with a red shine, big frothy beige head. Solvent smell, - more ether than alcohol - prunes and chocolate bread in the aroma, dry tarty taste with a long bitter aftertaste with hints of mint. Solid palate, leaves a very dry MF.

17 June 2005 - (Brasserie Lefeb) - Fruit and some hop aroma. Dark brown and red colour, big lacing and cream head. Light fruit, some fruit, some spiritous and big hop flavour. Finished with bitterness and fruit, but is a bit watery. Overall - It lacks something.

Bottled. Slightly hazy red colour. Off-white, big, rocky head. Malty and fruity nose. Malty, quite sweet and fruity in taste. Standard dubbel, but quite okay.

(Bottled) Dark reddish brown color with a largeish, foamy and bubbly, beige head. Quite fresh aroma of malt, chocolate and lemon. Sweet and malty, smooth flavor with dried fruit, very little hops, and some acidity. Medium-bodied, a bit oily palate with somewhat foamy carbonation. A straightforward, sweetish, very basic and smooth dubbel. Easily drinkable, although a bit foamy.

Shiny amber, nice brownish head. Quite weak aroma from grassy hops and some malts. ALso mildly maltywith some bread and some dried fruits. Quite a malty flavor, nutty and with some spices in the finish. But al ltogether alittle too mild to be really good.
