ALso mildly maltywith some bread and some dried fruits. Quite a malty flavor, nutty and with some spices in the finish. But al ltogether alittle too mild to be really good. Noisily fizzing, soap-scented dubbel brimming with creamy suds. Flavour is blood and iron, with a handful of raisins. Some chocolate in the background. If I knew what prunes tasted like, those as well. Palate is creamy and consistent to the end. Mellow, stoutish, fruity dubbel. A real grower.
