Brown with a off white ehad. Aroma light/moderate malty (roasted, caramel) and hoppy. Flavor almost moderate sweet and bitter. Light body.

Aug 28, 2007 engel is famous for many different labels and names for the same beers. amber colour, quite bright for a "dunkel". solid head. roasty and sweet start, later on hops which give some bitterness in the end. taste of bread and spices.

Jul 1, 2007 Dark brown with a huge head. The aroma is sweet and malty. The flavour is sweet, but not sticky, it has notes of roasted malt/caramel, flower and a light bitter finish.
