Bottle. Pale amber coloured beer with pale brown head. Malty aroma with some bread notes, taste quite sweet and malty. Quite average.

0,5 l screw cap bottle from the Munich airport supermarket. Dark gold. Malty, full body with flowery hops and a dry crisp finish. Nutty, fruity, this would be great in the shade on a hot day. With some German sausage, perhaps, this could cope with the mustard as well.

Schraubverschlußflasche: Deep golden to very light amber coloured, mid-sized (off-)white head with a little lace; faint grainy aromas with a tinge of toasted malt; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, really light bodied for a beer of 5.5% ABV; slightly increasing bitterness towards the short, malty toasty finish. Quite bland and watery.......

(screw cap bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet malty, slightly ashy nose with a tinge of caramel and popcorn. Moderately sweet flavour, slightly ashy and chalky malty taste; light to medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel; moderately dry, sweet-bitter malty finish with a shy hoppy shine. Not bad (24.02.08).

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma of malt and little sweetness. Flavour of malt, little caramel and ends up dry and with quite bitter finish.
