Bottle. Light fruity, moderate yeasty, light malty smell of bread. A medium sized white foamy head which is normal long lasting; a cloudy yellow body. Light acetic start and a light sweet finish with a short duration. The body is light with a lively carbonation and a creamy texture. An OK one.

500 ml bottle in Berlin: poured cloudy deep yellow/amber with a large white head. Moderate yeast aroma with the normal banana-ish notes. Slight spice with some lemon notes. Can’t say this distinguishes itself from a thousand other German Hefeweizens but it is decent.

Bottle at home. Hazy light amber with a large white head, some lacings. Aroma moderate malty (coriander, lemon) and yeasty. Flavor moderate sweet and acidic. Light body.
