on tap-pours a retaining thin off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is faint citrus hops, medium malt. Taste is mild faint citrus/pine hops-some caramel. Mild carbonation.

This was far and away the best beer that I had here. A nice floral aroma, good cloudy color. Taste is hoppy but balanced, not just bitter. A nice crips bite rest on the tongue. Excellent stuff.

Enjoyed this one on draught at the brewpub in Tacoma, WA. Pours to a slightly hazy, deep golden to amber color, with a thick, creamy, white head, and a moderate carbonation. The nose on this beer is pungent and fragrant with big herbal/cirtus hop aromas that flood the nose. The palate is firm, with a good base of pale and biscuit malt, paired with a good herbal/citrus hop tang. This beer finishes with more good pale malt and tangy hop flavor up front, then ends with a bitter citrus/herbal hop bite that lingers. Excellent IPA that showcases Centennial hop aromas, flavors, and bitterness. Excellent aperitif beer, a great pint to match with foods on the brewpub’s menu, and a nice beer to sip and relax with at the bar.

A deep golden color with a thick hop aroma. This was the best beer I had this day here at the Engine house. Liked the malt characters and the hops where very good. For a PNW they could add a few more pounds of hops to go up in IBU’s. Not bad and I will order this again when I go back.
