Darkest brown with a thin beige head that fizzles out pretty quickly. Light cocoa aroma with some dark bread crust and coffee. Flavor is black coffee with a slight metallic character. With warmth it opens up and gets a little sweeter and rounder. Dry, astringent finish with very high carbonation that also improves with warmth.
