Jun 22, 2009 Draught at the brewpub. Light amber with a white head. Malty, cracker, and woody hop aroma. The flavor has bread and crackers, with a solid english hop balance. Medium-light body with soft carbonation. This had nice balance and better malt character than their other pale ales.

Nov 19, 2008 On-tap at the brewpub. Pours golden yellow, slightly hazy with a moderate white head, some lace. Smells malty and dry, slight bitterness. Tastes cereal malty dry, light bitterness, slight fruity sweetness. Medium body, ok carbonation.

Sep 18, 2005 (draft, Barclays) Hazy golden body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, peach, lemon, orange, some herb. Taste is medium sweet, peach, herb, spme citrus, caramel. Low carbonation, light-medium body, some acidity.

Mar 23, 2005 Pale yellow color with a small off-white head. Very light honey and bread aroma. Extremely water feel, with a little honey, bread and citrus hops flavors.
