Draught at the brewpub. Light amber with a white head. Malty, cracker, and woody hop aroma. The flavor has bread and crackers, with a solid english hop balance. Medium-light body with soft carbonation. This had nice balance and better malt character than their other pale ales.

On-tap at the brewpub. Pours golden yellow, slightly hazy with a moderate white head, some lace. Smells malty and dry, slight bitterness. Tastes cereal malty dry, light bitterness, slight fruity sweetness. Medium body, ok carbonation.

On tap at English Ales Brewery. This amber ale poured with a short off-white head. The flavor was very thin, even for a bitter, but had a nice hop finish.

Pale yellow color with a small off-white head. Very light honey and bread aroma. Extremely water feel, with a little honey, bread and citrus hops flavors.
