Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, cabbage water. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090418]

Jan 7, 2008 Bottle at home ... Crisp golden orange .... a lager hop nose with just a hint of soft malts ... smooth and sweet ... light carbonation ... not by thing but as lager goes not to bad.

Jul 26, 2006 33cl bottle from the Goods Shed, Canterbury. Golden, good carbonation and thin lasting white head. Woody lager aroma, some citrus. Too fizzy and woody in mouth and then I don’t like the finish at all. Please someone, take this away from me. Overall nasty.

Jul 18, 2006 Bottle. Poured nice golden yellow with almost no head. A musty aroma with no clear smell. First sip tasted clearly like a lager with no real notice of the champagne yeast. However as I sipped further, more flavor and complexity came out. Finish was slightly dry. All in all, not a bad beer.

Jan 10, 2006 Bottle. Golden colour with a slim white, soon gone, head. Sweet and hoppy aroma. Taste is a bit different, just not sure if it’s in a good way; quite crisp, fruity and dry. On refelction; not too bad.

Sep 6, 2005 Served by a very proud barman in a Malmaison Hotel. Beautifully presented (it does matter!) with a fresh delicate cascade dominated nose. Clean and refreshing palate livener with very small bubbles and a dry taste. I was hugely impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Aug 17, 2005 Bottled. A rather crappy and sweet lager with loads of cardboard in the aroma and in the flavour. Thin and sparkling.
