Slighly hazy pale yellow with a big fluffy white head. Bubbles stream up endlessly from the bottom of my weizen glass. Sweet aroma of wheat, yeast, some banana. Light flavor, somewhat spicy and lemony, sweet. Light bodied, hard carbonation. I love Hefes, but this one wasn’t for me.

Oct 8, 2008 Bottled. The body was dark amber with a light colored off white head. The aroma was light lemons and over ripe bananas. The taste was over ripe bananas and some hints of clove. There was also a little bit of toffee goodness in the finish. very softly carbonated. A nice light brew that is certainly worth trying again.
