Oct 6, 2008 This beer really did taste like a perfect mix of weiss and marzen. Frothy, yeasty, and fresh, with a firm but subdued malt backbone. Very drinkable and quite yummy at 5.7%.

flavor:sweet caramel, well balanced , sort of some aged beer over it.

Oct 3, 2008 Bottle. Large creamy white lasting head with good lacing.Hazy amber/orange body. Aroma of grain, citrus and banana. Light/medium body, thin oily texture and average carbonation. The flavor is average sweet and light bitter. Pilsner-like finish.
