Nov 28, 2008 (Bottle). Sweet caramel aroma. Dark brown body, light tan head. Flavor is sweet and spicy, lots of alcohol notes, with a nice clean finish. Not bad.

Nov 28, 2008 Bottle @ ’t Pothuiske. Cloudy dark amber colour, creamy tan head. Aroma of spice, caramel, malts, yeast. Flavour is slightly sweet and spicy, caramel, yeast, bread and a soft bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Nov 26, 2008 Bottle. Dark brown with huge pale brown head. Aroma malty after a while some banana notes turns up. Taste malty and bread and a little banana notes.

Oct 8, 2008 A very deep mahogany colored body with a large and very active light tan head. The aroma was bananas foster and old leather. There is just a nice earthy musk to this one. The taste was fairly sweet with some caramel and bananas. There was also some earthy black walnut, especially in the sweet finish. A solid brew.
