Commercial Description:
Februar in Baden-Württemberg eingeführt.

Bottle. Fruity smell, light sweet with a hidden sourness, malt and grapefruit. The white head is medium large and creamy-foamy with a normal duration. The body is light cloudy and dark yellow. The taste is nice sour, quite refreshing. The body is medium strong, lively with a strong carbonation.

A little hazy, yellow/golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of sweet fruits like banana and some citrus. There is some hop bitter with wheat. The taste is gentle fruity, like banana with a dry bitter. The aftertaste is sweet wit a little bitter.

Pours a pleasant hazy amber, big foamy pure white head. Aroma is yeasty, almost belgian, wheat and apple too. Taste is similar, plenty of yeast, apple and fruitiness, a slightly sour finish. Nice wheat beer.
