Flot mørk øl, med en kant af alkohol jeg normalt ikke opfanger i øl under 8-9 %. Og bestemt ikke forventede her. Dette er ment på en positiv måde. Så thumps up. Allen (1334), Switzerland

Dominating raisins in the nose. Fruity with hints of almonds and a good malty background. Slightly smoky. This beer is nicely balanced. Malty, moderately sweet and with a hint of sourness. Light bodied. Notes of bergamot, soap, raisins, licorice and cereals. Some cloves and garlic?! showing up. Slightly watery. Bready. Malty finish with a hint of plums. Rerate: Mediocre, let’s face it! swoopjones (1896), Buffalo, New York, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Dark, cloudy, nut brown. Flavor stands out and feels smooth, but not gulpable. More of an easy sipping beer. Tastes like chocolate crakers. Not bad, i would try it again, and it is easily my favorite Erdinger. Beershine (2686), Hue, Vietnam

Tried next to the regular (hellas) weiss bier, and might have liked this one better but I think that is due to mood. Really it’s just a good fresh Bavarian beer. obguthr (1010), Poquoson, Virginia, USA

Ridiculously thick tan head even with a careful pour. Mahogany color. Watery and metallic chocolate taste. Caramel finish with grass on the edge. Fairly unique and my rating reflects that. I could do without the metallic taste. fro2218 (466), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
