What it lacks in Appearance (cloudy hefe-wiezen are not the best looking) it makes up for is aroma and taste. Pours a golden colour with a thick frothy head. Aroma a grains, citrus, and hint a spice(cloves). Taste is exactly what the aroma promises and is everything I love is a good Hefe. As alwaysw quite refreshing and a good end to a long work week. I will definitely search this one out again.

Taste’s more like a light beer than a Hefe. Very little wheat or malt, thin overall flavor. Pours typical gold, but not cloudy. Total absence of yeast. No real foam or head to it. Bland overall.

A nice bottle pour, hazy/translucent, heavy head that dissipated after a few minutes. Moderate carbonation. A slight citrus aroma with hints of bubblegum and bananna. Not typical in Hefe taste.....actually has more of a clean wheat malt punch with more of a hops finish than I typically find in this style....not much in the citrus/spice taste department. Finishes clean and refreshing. A nice brew, very satisfying. The unexpected was actually surprising and good.

In bottle; golden in color. Taste of citrus, followed by spice and very subtle banana. An OK weissbier, just OK. Not as good as other german selections available

Bottle at blind tasting 5/09. Pours clear bubbly yellow with white head. Incredibly mild aroma and I can’t get anything. Flavor is mild and sweet, with a touch of sour citrus. Extremely lively, with an off-flavored long finish. Worst pour of the evening with 11 other hefes

0.5l bottle. Rocky head with good lacing. Hazy golden color. Malty and citrus aroma. Wheat (not too much) and yeast flavor, slightly sweet. Medium body, lively carbonation. Refreshing beer.

bottle - poured dark gold with white frothy head, very lively carbonation. The nose was a bit muted with nothing really standing out, there was a bit of spice and citrus with only the fiantest hint of banana. Nothing very notable in the taste either, quite typical.....average Weisse

Pours moderate golden hazy with a good sized white rocky head. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Taste is light sweet, some easy citrus and yeast. Easy drinkable.
